AltLaw now features a searchable database of the U.S. Federal Code. Just click the "search codes" button!
You can also type a U.S.C. citation into the search box to go directly to that section.
This database is based on the latest "official" version of the U.S. Code released by the House of Representatives in January 2006.
Special thanks go to the Cornell Legal Information Institute for providing marked-up source files for the U.S. Code.
